On-site – Regular
Level 1 Technician – $95/hr for on-site appointments, at your home or office. One hour minimum. (M-F 8am-6pm, except holidays.)
Level 2 Technician – $120/hr for on-site appointments, at your home or office. One hour minimum. (M-F 8am-6pm, except holidays.)
On-site – Emergency
Level 1 Technician – Weekday on-site emergency service is $150/hr during regular business hours
Level 2 Technician – Weekday on-site emergency service is $175/hr during regular business hours
On-Site After-Hours
On-Site After-Hours (After 6pm M-F and all day Saturday, Sunday, and Federal Holidays.)
Level 1 Technician – $180 / hr with a 1 hour minimum.
Level 2 Technician – $240 / hr with a 1 hour minimum.
All on-site After-Hours appointments are billed in 1 hr increments. For emergency service, call our regular number 805-643-4375, leave a message, and state you need On-Site After-Hours service and authorize a 1-hr charge. You will be called back within 2.5 hrs and a technician will be dispatched if necessary.
Computer Diagnostic & Check-in
Our diagnostics fee is $75 per computer. This includes all the time it takes us to determine the specific cause and how to remedy your system. If you chose to have us repair your computer, we will waive the diagnostic fee. All computers are repaired in the order they are received are typically returned within 2 to 3 business days*
Web Development
All Weekday web design and development is billed at $100 per hour with a 30 minute minimum.
Emergency and after hours Web rates are $150 / hr and billed in 1 hour increments, with a minimum of 1 hour.
Web hosting:
Starts at $20/month (basic user).
Domain Purchases: $40/domain and automatically renews annually.
Website Migrations: $400 flat rate for websites only.*
